ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM, held July 15th, 2007 in the MUSICAL BARN was very well attended this year.
We now have a full complement of 9 Directors
The first meeting of the new board was held July 26th for appointing officers.
Colin Bidmead was elected President/Chairperson; new member Clint Watt takes over 1st Vice-Chair with Dave Beckett being elected as 2nd Vice-Chair.
Laurie Madigan assumes the office of Secretary while Gerry Whiteley remains as Treasurer.
Other new members of the Board of Directors include Barbarba Watt, Robert Millard, and Mark Douglas will join returning Directors Helen Diak and Colin Rae.
We are very proud to welcome Mark Douglas, a member of the First Nations who’s Heritage is directly tied to the Mill.
A new, dynamic group of people has taken over the reins to insure the Mill will remain as a historic and educational part of the Heritage of Coldwater and Simcoe County.
Other Directors will be appointed to lead committees
